Shipping policy
Kaiwi Makai Marine ships FCI watermaker systems and accessories throughout the contiguous United States and Hawaii. Please review the details below before placing your order.
FREIGHT SHIPPING (LTL)
FCI watermaker systems — including the DTS+Mobile and Max Q+ framed units — are large, heavy items that ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. Freight shipments require a loading dock or lift gate at the delivery address. If you need lift gate delivery, please contact us prior to ordering so we can ensure the correct service is arranged.
• Contiguous United States: Flat-rate freight of $495 per system unit.
• Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories: Freight rates vary significantly. Contact us at info@kaiwimakaimarine.com before ordering for a shipping quote.
• International: We do not currently offer international shipping through the online store. Contact us directly.
ACCESSORIES & SMALL ITEMS
Accessories and small items (TDS meters, filter kits, etc.) ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Freight orders are coordinated with FCI Watermakers directly and lead times may vary. You will be contacted with tracking information once your order ships.
DAMAGED FREIGHT
Inspect all freight shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is noted, mark it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@kaiwimakaimarine.com. Do not refuse delivery — accepting and documenting damage is required to file a freight claim.
