Kaiwi Makai Marine is committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it applies to all products purchased through our online store.

WATERMAKER SYSTEMS (FCI)

Due to the size, freight costs, and custom nature of FCI watermaker systems, all system sales are final once the order has shipped. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing — our team is happy to help you choose the right system for your vessel.

If a unit arrives damaged due to freight handling, please follow the freight damage procedure outlined in our Shipping Policy. Manufacturer defects are handled under FCI's warranty (see below).

ACCESSORIES & SMALL ITEMS

Unused accessories in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at info@kaiwimakaimarine.com.

WARRANTY

All FCI Watermakers products are covered by FCI's manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through FCI Watermakers. As an authorized FCI dealer, Kaiwi Makai Marine will assist you in coordinating warranty service. Contact us for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@kaiwimakaimarine.com.
